  What is RCCM Worldwide Alliance?
It is a fellowship of pastors, ministers, church leaders, Christian workers and churches who associate for fellowship, relationship, prayer, networking, and ideas.
We at RCCM can help build down to earth relationships between our alliances and proven leaders and to learn successful church building methods.
The RCCM Alliance strives to offer pratical spritual and logical input to those who know they are called to build a church or ministry. We are also here for independent ministries who may feel they are “out on their own” or “too small for anyone to care.”
The fellowship is not a denomination, although we do ordain, license and give credentials to those so desire to be recognized in our society as a religious entity. We are not here to infringe upon your local church authority, we are simply here for networking, prayer, counseling, and fellowship, and to serve as a “hub” for ideas. We are just as close as you need us to be. There is more information including a application form below.

As a member of the RCCM Worldwide Alliance, you will enjoy many tangible privileges.  RCCM’s privilege will be to serve you in a way that will encourage, affirm, and uplift you as you fulfill God’s purposes and plans for your ministry.

For Christ and His Kingdom,
Stephen Galvano
Senior Pastor

What is the RCCM Worldwide Alliance?

It is a fellowship of pastors and ministers joining together in the unity of the Spirit to encourage, affirm and uplift one another as they seek to fulfill the Great Commission to “..go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”  As we quickly approach Jesus’ return, we need to prepare to bring in the great harvest of precious souls and disciple them.

The Alliance was birthed out of the World Ministry Conference held in April 2001 at Rochester Christian Church Ministries in Rochester, New York.  As pastors and ministers from Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas came together for a common purpose to seek the Will of God for their lives and ministries, it became evident that there is a need for pastors and ministers from all over the world to build “down to earth” relationships with other leaders to learn to proven church and ministry building methods.

Pastor Galvano and the RCCM staff desire men and women of God together who need spiritual and practical input as they endeavor to fulfill God’s vision for their lives and ministries.  The RCCM Worldwide Alliance seeks to provide support for independent pastors and ministers who may feel isolated because of lack of affiliation with a denomination or because of their size.

The Alliance is not a denomination, nor does it encourage its members to transfer loyalties away from any denomination or group you are currently with.  Neither does the Alliance wish to infringe on your local church authority.  We are here simply to serve as a center for prayer, ideas, networking, and fellowship.

What is the Mission of the RCCM Worldwide Alliance?

We desire to answer the call of hundreds of pastors, evangelists, and church leaders who want answers and insights into building their local church ministry.

We are dedicated to building a network of senior pastors and ministers who are committed to building their church and/or ministry through evangelism, prayer, congregational care and leadership training.

We desire to serve you as a model of integrity and excellence by offering proven ministry building leadership insights, ideas, principles and concepts.  We are just a phone call away!
