My encounter with Bishop Galvano impacted my life for eternity. For one, I saw it as a great honour to share the pulpit as his interpreter for a week. It was a week of learning and observing. I admire the way Pastor Galvano delivers the gospel simply yet with an amazing effectiveness. Personally, I am a changed man. Even my ministry at our local church has just changed.
The thing struck most: inspite of the way the Lord used Bishop Galvano, he remained unassuming, never making us feel that that we were any less than his brother, he hugged us, and fellowshipped with us. Another thing that stuck me is that he knows his mission, he is a man of passion. Even after 3 straight weeks of ministry traveling around Africa, he taught with great passion. On October 25, when he spoke on fatherhood many people were touched there has been a change in among the Zimbabwe pastors ever since.
